We have had numerous engagements, a wedding, and lots of honeymoon couples, all
in the Romantic setting of “Ann's Cottage Rosedale”, surrounded by
the spectacular North Yorkshire Moors. Formally farm buildings, our cottages
presented by Ann and Colin have been converted into beautiful 5 star
Accommodation, enhanced with an air of Romance and peace hard to find anywhere
else. Our most important aim when you come to Rosedale is to make your stay
with us in our “Bed and Breakfast Cottages” feel welcome, relaxed
and friendly. “The Old Smithy” was used as a Byre, from old
English Bȳre, another name for a barn or cow shed, as well as a
blacksmiths workshop. The conversion has been beautifully done, and it now
presents a “Tardis” effect of a spacious area where relaxation is
the keyword. Set in the heart of the beautiful North York Moors National Park,
and furnished to a very high standard our cottages offer, a comprehensive
en-suite king size luxury double bedroom, and lounge area, a fully fitted kitchen for the evenings
you don't feel like going out after a long day, complete with wood burning
stove for that cosy evening.
