When we are open
- We are open throughout the year, except December and New Year. Offering high class 5 star bed and breakfast accommodation, in a choice of two self contained cottages steeped in an atmosphere of romance, set in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park.
- Accepting Adults only (18+) with 2 persons in each cottage, no Pets or Children
- Arrival time from 15:00 to 19:30.
- If you are delayed please telephone us with your expected time.
- Departure time 10:00 prompt, as we need to reset the cottage for the next guests.

Items provided in each cottage
- Each Cottage is fitted with a Luxury King size bed.
- Bedding, towels, hair dryer, hair straighteners, iron & ironing board,
- Fully equipped kitchens, which includes, Electric oven & hob, with cooker hood & light, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, refrigerator.
- Kitchen tea towels, washing up liquid etc.
- Logs provided for your wood burning stove are inclusive.
- Smart Televisons with internet access.
- Wi-Fi is Free, Code is displayed in each Cottage.
- Wi-Fi Calling on your Mobile, subject to model.
- Our cottages are Pet Free and Smoke Free.
- If you have any allergies of any kind, please inform us when booking your holiday.
Booking and Prices
- To avoid disappointment book on line, it's quick and easy to complete your holiday & secure the dates of your choice.
- Only Cottages available will be shown on choice selection, minimum 2 nights stay.
- Our Cottages are priced per night, including discounts on 5 nights or more at :-
- £160 For single night stays, contact Ann on 01751 417 646 or E-mail & enter date.
- £127 for 2 to 4 nights,
- £121 for 5 nights,
- £120 for 6 nights,
- £116 for 7 - 31 night stays.
- Prices shown on choice when selecting dates.
- When choosing stays on booking calendar, example for 3 nights, book 4 calendar dates.
- A deposit equal to the first nights stay will be taken on booking.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- If your circumstances change & you wish to cancel or change the booking, please telephone Ann on 01751 417 646 with your request.
- Full booking balance is due 30 days before arrival via reminder email with payment option

- Electric Vehicles - owing to rural Electricity supply we are unable to provide charging facilites, however there are charging points in the Eastgate Car Park Pickering, Hutton-le-Hole & Kirkbymorside. Further details can be found here zap-map.com
